Open Sunday Gym through Autism Alliance of Metrowest

The Sunday Open Gym was designed to help individuals and families living with Autism.

NEW LOCATION – 218 Speen Street, Natick (Next to Ziti’s and Natick Golf Center)

This year the Sunday Open Gym will run December, January, February and March, 2013.
Opening Day is December 9, 2012.
Last session for the season is March 24, 2013.

3000 square feet of carpeted open space, safety mats surrounding the perimeter, suspended swings, sensory and exploratory materials, visual supports

Siblings are welcome.

We encourage all families to utilize the various designs we have created to promote independence. A trip to the Sunday Open Gym is more then just a great way to spend some quality time with your loved one. It is also a way to promote community skill development in a therapeutic environment.

It will be open to young children, their siblings and parents from 10:00am to 1:30 pm.

It will be open to adolescents and young adults (14 and Up) from 2:00 to 5:00pm.

We will have different and age appropriate equipment for our older visitors.

Unlike years past – there will be a fee of $5.00 per visit per family.

From the Mass Pike:
Take Exit #13, Natick/Route 30 East. Follow the ramp onto Route 30 East. At the first set of lights, turn right on Speen Street. Cross Route 9 and continue for a half mile. Turn right on Fairway Circle to access parking lot. Academy MetroWest is at 218 Speen St., on the right.

From the east:
Take Route 9 to I-90/Speen Street/Mass Pike/Rt. 30/Natick exit. Follow signs to Speen Street South and take a slight left onto Speen Street. Continue for a half mile. Turn right on Fairway Circle to access parking lot. Academy MetroWest is at 218 Speen St., on the right.

From the west:
Take Route 9 East to Speen Street/Mass Pike/Natick exit. Follow signs to Speen St. South/Natick and merge onto Speen Street. Continue for a half mile. Turn right on Fairway Circle to access parking lot. Academy MetroWest is 218 Speen St., on the right.

From the north:
Take Route 27 South. Turn right on MA 30-W/Commonwealth Rd. Turn left onto Speen Street. Cross Route 9 and continue for a half mile. Turn right on Fairway Circle to access parking lot. Academy MetroWest is 218 Speen St., on the right.

From the south (Route 27):
Take Route 27 North. Turn left onto Route 135W/W Central Street. Turn right onto Speen Street. Turn left on Fairway Circle to access parking lot. Academy MetroWest is at 218 Speen St., on the left.

From the south (Route 126):
Take Routes 126 North. Turn right onto Route 135 E/Waverly St. Turn left onto Speen Street. Turn left on Fairway Circle to access parking lot. Academy MetroWest is at 218 Speen St., on the left.
